1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Turin ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Platform. By using Turin, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

3. Description of Service

Turin provides tools to build and generate Apple Shortcuts (.shortcut files). The Platform includes an AI generation engine and a visual builder. Turin is a third-party platform and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Apple Inc.

4. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Shortcuts generated by Turin are created using artificial intelligence. AI can make mistakes. We do not guarantee the accuracy, safety, or functionality of any AI-generated shortcut. You are solely responsible for reviewing and testing any shortcut before installing it on your device.

5. Security & Safety Warning

Apple Shortcuts have the ability to access personal data, system settings, and perform actions on your device. Use caution when installing shortcuts. We are not responsible for any data loss, device damage, or security breaches resulting from the use of shortcuts created or installed through the Platform.

6. Credits & Payments

Credits are purchased as one-time payments via Stripe. Credits never expire. One credit is consumed when you successfully compile or generate and install a shortcut. Cache hits (where the same description has been previously generated) do not consume credits. All purchases are final and non-refundable unless required by law.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
Upload or generate shortcuts that contain malicious functionality, spyware, or ransomware
Attempt to reverse-engineer or exploit the Platform
Abuse the AI generation system or circumvent credit limits

8. Intellectual Property

Shortcuts you create belong to you. By creating public shortcuts or sharing them on our marketplace, you grant Turin a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, cache, and distribute that content. The Turin Platform, including its design, code, and AI systems, is owned by Turin.

9. Limitation of Liability

Turin is provided "as is" without warranty. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Turin shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform or any shortcuts generated through it.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
